Como
TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER- IT RECRUITER tus funciones serán:

  • Identificar las necesidades profesionales de la organización
  • Encontrar el perfil adecuado que aporte valor al equipo interno y fomentar los valores de empresa
  • Crear metodologías para la captación de talento externo
  • Diseñar, coordinar y evaluar una estrategia de cambio procedimental.
  • Buscar programas de empleo, políticas de selección y formación
  • Gestionar el proceso de atracción de empleo
  • Desarrollar la imagen de la empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência de al menos 10 años en el mismo puesto en el sector INGENIERÍA.
  • Nível de inglés C1/ bilingüe.
  • Gran visión estratégica a medio y largo plazo.
  • Capacidad para gestionar, orientar y conectar con las personas.
  • Excelentes capacidades de organización y liderazgo así como habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales.
