Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Campus Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from universities and colleges, and leading the full life cycle hiring process for our business operations within Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies supported by data insights to attract top talent.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with universities and student groups to attract talent.
  • Spearhead employer branding initiatives to promote both our corporate and business brands to world-class early careers professionals.
  • Plan and execute on-campus events and presentations to promote Nutreco as an employer of choice.
  • Conduct engaging interviews and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Lead the full hiring process, from consulting with hiring managers to debrief meetings, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Make impactful decisions throughout the recruitment process to secure top talent for Nutreco.
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies and effectively manage branding and communications to attract and retain top talent.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology, or HR-related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience within recruitment, with 2-3 years focused on campus recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other key stakeholders from various levels.
