About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our BCG X Global Recruiting Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting talent acquisition activities, including vacancy management, recruiting operations, and campus recruiting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage full lifecycle recruitment processes for various capabilities within BCG X, including analytics, data science, and software engineering roles.
  2. Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, including business leaders and hiring managers, to understand business needs and desired candidate profiles.
  3. Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies, including event planning, candidate sourcing, and talent pipeline development.
  4. Manage recruitment campaigns for volume hiring needs and brand building events, in collaboration with consulting teams.
  5. Identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing, job postings, and networking.
  6. Coordinate the interview process, including candidate assessment and recommendation to hiring panels.
  7. Manage and coordinate internship programs, from recruiting to performance reviews.
  8. Build and maintain talent pipelines to drive improvements in time to hire.
  9. Utilize applicant tracking systems to track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines.
  10. Provide exceptional candidate experiences through efficient process management.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree with high academic achievement.
  2. Up to 5 years of work experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in analytics consulting, professional services, or in-house recruitment with an international organization.
  3. Strong coordination, organizational, and improvisation skills, with ability to perform in a fast-changing environment.
  4. Experience in campus recruiting and event management, with a strong interest in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for successful hires.
  5. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with ability to work effectively in a team and take responsibility for own projects.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  8. Ability to interact effectively with key recruitment stakeholders and other teams, including HR and consulting teams.
  9. Fluent in Spanish and English.
