Importante Empresa, a leading player in the software industry, is seeking a highly skilled Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Madrid. As a key member of our international recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment and selection process for vacancies across our portfolio of software companies
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and branding to promote Importante Empresa
  • Collaborate with the Management team to identify hiring needs in advance and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices
  • Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and provide guidance on talent acquisition
  • Support high-volume recruitment and work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle end-to-end recruitment with both high volume and niche roles
  • Professional level of English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a hybrid work model and ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and proactively communicate with various stakeholders
  • Experience with recruitment processes and platforms, including Applicant Tracker Systems

  • Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition with a strong understanding of the software industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
