About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at INVERTO, A BCG Company. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for the full-cycle sourcing and recruiting process in our Madrid office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify suitable candidates through various channels, including professional networks, and manage the applicant process.
  • Collaborate with the international Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team to ensure a steady talent pipeline for consulting and non-consulting staff.
  • Develop and implement local recruiting campaigns, social media activities, and drive the development of employer branding in Spain.
  • Support the development of HR general topics, including HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and collaborating with Staffing and Career Development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in actively sourcing candidates on professional networks, such as LinkedIn, and familiarity with boolean search and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills in business English and Spanish, with an intermediate level of Italian highly desirable.
  • Strong service focus, independent working, flexibility, and reliability.
