About the Role: Campus Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Campus Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from universities and colleges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Innovative Recruitment Strategies: Utilize data insights to create targeted recruitment campaigns that attract top talent from universities and colleges.
- Establish University Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and student groups to promote Nutreco as an employer of choice.
- Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to promote both our corporate and business brands to early careers professionals.
- On-Campus Events: Plan and execute on-campus events and presentations to promote Nutreco as an employer of choice.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the full hiring process, from consulting with hiring managers to debrief meetings, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR-related field, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, with 2-3 years focused on campus recruitment.
- Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
