Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Inverto GmbH. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the full-cycle sourcing and recruiting process in our Madrid office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify suitable candidates through all relevant channels, including LinkedIn, and conduct interviews.
  • Collaborate with the international TA & EB team to ensure a steady talent pipeline for consulting and non-consulting staff.
  • Develop and implement local recruiting campaigns, social media activities, and drive the development of employer branding in Spain.
  • Lead wider Spanish recruiting events and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in new and engaging formats.
  • Act as a link between the local staff and the central HR functions, regarding topics such as HR Operations support, Compensation & Benefits, and collaborating with Staffing and Career Development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, with a good grade.
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
  • Previous experience in a management consultancy/professional service firm would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with the use of boolean search and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Independent working, flexibility, and a high degree of reliability.
  • Strong service focus in an international working environment.
