Furthermore, with the increasing prevalence of remote work and the globalization of the workforce, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Advisor now transcend local limitations. It is essential to identify candidates with the appropriate skills and cultural alignment, irrespective of their geographical location.
In light of this transformation, Amadeus IT Group is on the lookout for an inquisitive and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Advisor to bolster our recruitment initiatives. This role offers a chance for a junior recruiter to take ownership of the complete end-to-end recruitment process for candidates, from initial discussions with our managers to extending offers to selected candidates.
As the key player in our recruitment strategy, you will have the chance to discover and attract outstanding talent across various departments and levels of seniority.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes, working closely with leadership to ensure alignment on position requirements. Develop engaging job postings and manage their distribution across multiple platforms. Assess candidates through screening calls, interviews, and evaluations. Provide expert guidance to hiring managers and present compelling offers to top candidates. Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, employees, and leadership.Your Role Involves
Managing early career recruitment, ensuring a personalized experience for candidates. Creating and analyzing talent acquisition metrics to enhance recruitment processes. Advocating for our employer brand and devising innovative recruitment strategies. Assisting with other Talent Acquisition & Development initiatives as required.The ideal candidate
A university degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is advantageous. At least 2 years of experience in in-house recruitment or staffing agencies. Proficiency in diverse recruiting methods, including social media outreach. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Strong communication, interviewing, and data management capabilities. Ability to enhance brand visibility and effectively convey the organization's value proposition. Fluency in English is essential; all recruitment processes are conducted in English.Ready to make an impact?
