The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, which is experiencing significant growth in hiring activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class recruiting services to meet this demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
- Support and guide hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans and provide data-driven insights to inform talent acquisition decisions.
- Proactively develop a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the wider EMEA region on operational projects and contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Experience in hiring for the Southern European market, with a preference for Spain and France.
- Proven research-based approach to sourcing top talent.
- Ability to sell the story and vision of ERM and engage talent.
- Strong working relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Ability to identify and remove barriers to successful delivery.
- Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch or German.
