Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from
Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Australia, Poland, Israel, Türkiye, Latvia and many others.
We are looking for a
User Acquisition Manager to work with our dating products.
Your main tasks will be:
- Facebook Ads and TikTok campaigns launch and optimization;
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns;
- Project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM and other tools;
- Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics; Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creative.
We expect from you:
- More than 3 years of relevant professional experience of working with Facebook and TikTok channels in digital B2C environment;
- Extensive expertise in web and app promotion (with the main focus on web);
- Experience with international products (Tier1/Asian markets will be huge advantage);
- Expertise in campaign optimization of by CPA, ROI;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and AppsFlyer;
- English B2+;
- Managing budgets from $100k+/monthly.

The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in the locations where we have offices or co-working. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
