Main responsibilities:
- Define and execute staffing strategy for attracting and retaining industry talent, with specific emphasis on recruitment delivery to the businesses and functions.
- Lead with HR business partners and hiring managers to proactively address staffing need & solutions.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to applicants regarding strengths and development needs
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in human resource and/or recruiting fields with strong focus on Talent Acquisition delivery and Recruitment strategy
- Demonstrated track record of successfully filling technical positions in Mobility, Aviation or Automotive sector.
- Experience leading the recruiting process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Good understanding of whole recruitment cycle with different profile types (from entry level till top management)
- High Level of English (ability to conduct interviews and to maintain internal communications with the team (spoken and written)
- Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Infojobs, Indeed, etc. (including hunting)
- Preferable experience recruiting international profiles
- Experience collaborating with recruitment agencies
