**Jr. Account Manager**
Je taken zullen vanuit Madrid gericht zijn op het ondersteunen van het sales team en het acquireren van netto new business binnen de Nederlandse markt met de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het toepassen van een consultatieve verkoopaanpak om netto nieuwe business te verwerven.
- Telefonische klantenservice en accountbeheer
- Beheren van een portfolio van accounts, regelmatig bijwerken van ERP (Odoo, Hubspot) met follow-ups en offertes
- Offertes en documentatie maken en beheren
- Sterke klantrelaties opbouwen en zorgen voor klanttevredenheid door after sales service en het verkopen van effectieve oplossingen.
- Onderhandelen met leveranciers, klanten en distributeurs om de winstmarges van het bedrijf te maximaliseren.
- Praktische ondersteuning bieden aan klanten.
**Wat we zoeken**:
Sterke klantenservice en vaardigheden om relaties op te bouwen.
Ervaring in telesales en/of e-commerce
Ervaring in verkoop en klantenservice - bij voorkeur binnen de IT-sector
Resultaatgericht en toegewijd aan het overtreffen van verkoopdoelstellingen
Moedertaal Nederlands is een must
Beschikbaar om te werken vanuit Madrid
Bij voorkeur al woonachtig in Madrid
Bereidheid om nieuwe zakelijke/technische concepten te leren en te begrijpen
