As they continue to expand, they are now seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, attracting new customers, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Are you up to the challenge?Tasks
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, opportunities for growth, and customer preferences, and incorporate those insights into actionable marketing initiatives
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, promote products, customer acquisition, and customer retention
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to enhance brand visibility and to drive traffic and conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as designers and industry influencers, to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns and enhance brand visibility
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, and provide datadriven recommendations for improvement
- Craft effective PR communication strategies, create and disseminate press releases, and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets
- Plan, execute, and coordinate various events to promote the brand
Requirements:
- Native level of English. Any other European language is a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 24 years of proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with handson experience in executing marketing campaigns across various channels
- Proficient in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and convey key messages effectively and persuasive marketing content
- Skills in graphic design, photography or videography are a plus
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design, attention to detail and a passion for storytelling
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive marketing success
- Ability to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel
