**Marketing Executive Job Profile**:

- Maintaining and growing existing business in the private and public sectors of Health and Social Care.
- Developing relationships with prospective clients by offering our service with a professional, friendly, and confident approach whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Adhering to targets to enable you to consistently earn high and self-develop.
- Developing strong marketing skills to attract the attention of new business through social media, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Developing strong business and negotiation skills to identify and achieve new business, with the ability to handle rejection and high call numbers.
- Updating and keeping our website and social media platforms up to date, including creating posts from scratch which engage well.
- Identifying sales opportunities for the business to grow.

**What we look for from the ideal Marketing Executive**:

- Someone who is tenacious, can handle rejection and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
- Someone who is friendly, fun, and professional with a desire to go above and beyond with an excellent telephone manner.
- Goal and target driven to consistently achieve the best for yourself and OakGar Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Experience with social media including creating posts and analytics.
- Excellent experience with computer packages and speaking, writing, and reading in English.
- Previous experience within recruitment would be ideal, especially within health and social care however, this is not essential as personality is key.
