**Funciones**:
- Prospección y búsqueda activa de clientes potenciales en su zona (promotoras, comercializadoras y agencias inmobiliarias principalmente).
- Llamadas para concertación de visitas presenciales o videoconferencia con empresas target.
- Generación conjunta con la empresa de propuestas proactivas a empresas target.
- Seguimiento y negociación de oportunidades generadas hasta el cierre del acuerdo de venta.
- Actualizar el dashboard de ventas del Marketing Sales Executive.
- Hacer seguimiento a la producción, resultados de los proyectos de los clientes, del estado de facturación de la cartera de clientes.
- Mantenimiento de relaciones a largo plazo con clientes existentes y desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Colaboración con equipos internos para garantizar un servicio integral y de calidad al cliente.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência demostrada en ventas y marketing, preferiblemente en el sector inmobiliario.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociación.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y gestionar eficazmente el tiempo.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas.
- Experiência marketing (mínimo 3 años)
- Experiência en sector Inmobiliario (mínimo 3 años)
- Experiência como comercial (mínimo 3 años)
