Our client is a newly established fashion start-up that focuses on the diversity, quality, and sustainability of its products. As they continue to expand, they are now seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, attracting new customers, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. Are you up to the challenge?
You will be asked to share your marketing portfolio or examples of your work.
Tasks
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, opportunities for growth, and customer preferences, and incorporate those insights into actionable marketing initiatives
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, promote products, customer acquisition, and customer retention
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to enhance brand visibility and to drive traffic and conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as designers and industry influencers, to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns and enhance brand visibility
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Craft effective PR communication strategies, create and disseminate press releases, and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets
- Plan, execute, and coordinate various events to promote the brand
**Requirements**:
- Native level of English. Any other European language is a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns across various channels
- Proficient in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and convey key messages effectively and persuasive marketing content
- Skills in graphic design, photography or videography are a plus
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design, attention to detail and a passion for storytelling
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive marketing success
- Ability to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel
