Trade Marketing Manager

Para inserción en nuestra área Marketing en España, buscamos un/a Trade Marketing Manager que será responsable de desarrollar e implementar, en colaboración con el equipo de Marketing, actividades promocionales y de fidelización, destinadas a incrementar la distribución y la rotación de productos (sell-out), contribuyendo a la afirmación de Compagnia dei Caraibi España como actor del mercado español. La figura será responsable de la estrategia y de la implementación de los próximos pasos de CDC España, guiando las estrategias de marketing, en sinergia con los equipos de la empresa.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Definir los planes de Trade Marketing a medio y largo plazo en función de las prioridades de ventas;
- Definir, con el apoyo de su Responsable, el presupuesto anual de Trade Marketing, orientando las inversiones en las distintas actividades y controlando su ejecución y eficacia;
- Gestionar la ejecución de los planes de Trade Marketing con el objetivo de garantizar la correcta cobertura y visibilidad de las marcas respetando las directrices con el apoyo del departamento de ventas;
- Definir las directrices para la distribución de materiales comerciales y facilitar su aplicación con las áreas comerciales y los mercados locales;
- Organizar y supervisar eventos Trade y ferias comerciales;
- Desarrollar programas de incentivos y flujos de comunicación para aumentar la partecipaciòn de los clientes;
- Recoger las opiniones y peticiones del equipo de ventas, los puntos de venta y los clientes;
- Orientar al equipo de ventas hacia la red comercial para comprender las necesidades del mercado;
- Analizar y compartir con las principales partes interesadas los resultados obtenidos a nível de mercado y de canal para las distintas marcas;
- Gestiòn de cualquier agencia BTL;
- Colaborar con el equipo de Comunicación para la redacción de contenidos para Compagnia dei Caraibi España;
- Compartir con Mercados y Canales las mejores prácticas de la empresa y de posibles competidores;
- Supervisar y analizar a los competidores locales e internacionales en términos de actividades de marketing comercial.
**El perfil ideal**:
- Residencia y conocimiento del territorio español;
- + 5 años de experiência en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en el sector de Bebidas;
- Lengua materna española y conocimientos de inglés, nice to have lengua italiana;
- Dominio de las principales herramientas informáticas y de lectura de datos de ventas (paquete Office, SAP, NIELSEN);
- Excelentes aptitudes comunicativas y relacionales;
- Propensión al trabajo en equipo;
- Gran capacidad de organización y flexibilidad;
- Metodo proactivo aplicado a la resolución de problemas;
- Discreción y confidencialidad;
- Capacidad analìtica, desarrollo y análisis cuantitativo-económico;
- Gran atenciòn a los resultados y al cumplimiento de los plazos.
