- Monitoreo y ajuste de KPIs con planes correctivos.
- Revisión de cumplimiento de planes de negocio.
- Gestión de relaciones con compradores del top 25 de Distribución Moderna.
- Negociación de acuerdos rentables y sostenibles.
- Registro de acuerdos en sistemas para visibilidad corporativa.
- Análisis de rendimiento de cuentas y desarrollo de planes ad hoc.
- Coordinación con equipo de ejecución para seguimiento de KPIs relevantes.
- Interacción con departamentos internos para optimizar ejecución de planes comerciales.
Requisitos
- Titulación Universitaria.
- Experiência demostrable de, al menos, 5 años gestionando cuentas directamente.
- Experiência en Gran Consumo.
- Nível alto en manejo de Excel y PowerPoint.
- Experiência en la interpretación de datos de mercado con herramientas como Nielsen y Kantar.
- Alineamiento con los Valores Pascual, especialmente Pasión.
Competencias
- Experiência en posiciones de Category.
- Master en Marketing o Gestión Comercial.
- Experiência en gestión bajo parámetros de RGM.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nível nacional.
