- Desde la oficina de Bilbao estamos seleccionando una persona para trabajar los meses de verano (junio a septiembre aprox) en el departamento de CUSTOMERS WORKS de una empresa ubicada en ZAMUDIO. Los clientes son del sector alimentación. Horario de oficina y a jornada completa.
- MISION: Actuar como parte de apoyo en la oficina para el equipo de Gestión de Cuentas de Clientes con la función específica de coordinar las solicitudes diarias de las cuentas de Clientes que se le asignan y gestionar los acuerdos comerciales entre la empresa y estos Clientes en el día a día.
- FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO:
- PROCESAR LAS ORDES E INSTRUCCIONES recibidas del cliente, así como evaluar la conformidad de estas instrucciones con los acuerdos comerciales entre el cliente y emprsa introduciéndolos en el sistema de proceso de fabricación de empresa y supervisándolos durante todo el ciclo de vida del suministro.
- GESTIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES DE LOS CLIENTES trabajando en estrecha colaboración con la organización de Planning y el personal operativo de fabricación, para maximizar la eficiencia comercial con la que la empresa puede satisfacer estas solicitudes.
- APOYAR la relación general entre el Cliente y la empresa
- ESTABLECER UNA RELACIÓN y líneas directas de comunicación con el personal de compras y logística de los Clientes para mejorar la relación de trabajo.
El puesto es para dar cobertura a las vacaciones del departamento pero no se descarta darle continuidad porque la empresa está en pleno crecimiento.
- Se valorará:
- Al menos 2 años de Experiência en Servicios al cliente en venta de productos básicos o en un entorno técnico o de manufacturación.
- Experiência de trabajo con un sistema de manejo de pedidos, JDE /SAP.
- Inglés fluido. Valorable también el francés y/o italiano.
- Habilidades solidas en MS Office incluyendo Word y Excel.
- Perfil lógico y analítico con experiência en la gestión de la cadena de suministro en las industrias de producción
- Habilidad e interés por escuchar a los clientes e identificar sus necesidades.
- Habilidad para trabajar como parte de un equipo compuesto por el resto del personal de servicio al cliente y los gerentes de cuentas clave y los departamentos de planificación de manufactura.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como miembro de un equipo.
- Buenas habilidades organizativas.
- Habilidades comprobadas de resolución de problemas; capacidad para coordinar múltiples prioridades.
- Atención a los detalles.
