About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Station Service Specialist in BILBAO. As a key member of our station team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience when picking up and returning their campervans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smile on every customer's face.
  • Explain and hand over our campervans to customers, ensuring they are familiar with the vehicle's features and operation.
  • Lend a hand with the exterior and interior cleaning of our campervans, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Support the station team with daily tasks, ensuring our customers leave the yard happy and satisfied.

Requirements

  • You are a hands-on individual, always willing to lend a hand and support your colleagues.
  • You have experience in dealing with customers, providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • You hold a Class B driving license, ensuring you can operate our campervans safely and efficiently.
  • You possess very good knowledge of English and the language of the country you are applying for, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

What We Offer

  • A full-time position (40 hours/week) with a 6-month contract.
  • A competitive yearly gross salary of €19,420.
