About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Siemens Gamesa. As a key member of our Offshore Service organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wind turbines and driving the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Planning and Scheduling: Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance activities in conjunction with Siemens Gamesa field staff and customer personnel via Enterprise-Resource-Planning System.
  2. Efficient Operations: Maintain efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities; create daily and weekly plans for site teams as required in conjunction with Senior Technician.
  3. Progress Reporting: Report service schedule progress to Management and Customer.
  4. Technical Verification: Control and technical verification within Enterprise-Resource-Planning System; collate time data and parts consumption to allow billing (service vs warranty) and parts replenishment to be initiated.
  5. Service Order Closure: Close Service Orders in Enterprise-Resource-Planning System.
  6. Workload Planning: Monitor weather and coordinate transports. Plan workload including port operation and control of documentation relevant for planning.
  7. Progress Monitoring: Daily check on progress with field personnel, get status of work progress to plan for next day.
  8. Documentation Management: Coordinate record keeping and documentation archiving to support full historical traceability of service work carried out.
  9. Reporting and Data Analysis: Check accurate reporting into and utilization of electronic workflow status spreadsheets. Provide data in support of the reporting process in conjunction with the Site Management.
  10. Stakeholder Interface: Interface between different stakeholders, such as Resource Management, Site Management, Spare Parts Team, Procurement.
  11. Transparency and Communication: Ensure transparency of important topics between those parties.
  12. Schedule Tracking: Maintain service and retrofits schedule tracking for management information.
  13. Financial Administration: Basic financial administration, raise purchase requisitions, request setting up of new vendors.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for renewable energy and a strong track record in Offshore Wind or similar. You should have comprehensive IT user skills (MS Office and Windows 365), awareness on quality and safety topics, and very high-level communication skills. Independent and responsible working style is essential. Experience in the wind industry and planning activities is a plus. Knowledge in SAP SRP is also a plus. Fluency in English (at least C1 level), preferably also in German (minimum B2 level), is required. Ability to work partially on Offshore rotations is a must.
