How to contribute to our vision

Mechanical Engineer for Bearing Module
- Conducting root cause analyses based on failures in installed field, tests, inputs from regions etc.
- Developing retrofit solutions
- Analyzing and investigating components for performance evaluation
- Forecasting field behavior of components based on statistical and hands-on experience
- Participating in test and validation of new components
- Ensuring new components are introduced with respect to the complete system
- Ensure learnings from field are being documented and shared within the organization and driving risk mitigation on new designs
- New WT designs review
- Components evaluation for WF projects (re-blading, repowering, life extension )
