La misión del Sales Development Representative será la conquista de mercado y el incremento de clientes nuevos.

Las principales funciones de la posición serán:

  • Contacto e identificación de oportunidades de negocio a través de la generación propia para el canal MRX.
  • Realizar llamadas y contactos con potenciales clientes.
  • Detección de necesidades y generación de Leads cualificados, venta telefónica.
  • Conocimiento del Mercado.
  • Organizar reuniones con prospectos para el equipo comercial, única y exclusivamente cuando exista la detección de un lead cualificado. A través de preguntas de prospección de mercado.
  • Garantizar una excelente presentación telefónica de LHH y del Grupo Adecco.
  • Representar a la compañía ante proyectos y clientes vía telefónica, transmitiendo una imagen profesional de LHH y del Grupo Adecco. Posicionamiento y aumento de notoriedad del canal MRX.
  • Posicionamiento de LHH en áreas de compras de prospectos en homologaciones y licitaciones como proveedores/as de servicios de reclutamiento y selección de personal.
  • Presentación de propuesta de valor del canal MRX a contactos tomadores de decisión mediante venta telefónica.
  • Potenciar la venta cruzada de servicios.
  • Alimentar y mantener base de datos en SalesForce, creando nuevos contactos y empresas, dándoles a conocer nuestra compañía y cerrando reuniones para el equipo comercial.
  • Estructuración de listados comerciales e identificación de clientes target susceptibles de venta de MRX. Monitorización y seguimiento de job boards como Linkedln, Indeed, Glassdoor y Job Market Insight.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas sobre resultados.
  • Grado / Diplomatura /Licenciatura / Máster.
  • Cursos valorables: Negocios / Televenta / Venta / RRHH.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, organizar y priorizar el trabajo.
  • Nível B2 de inglés (valorable)
  • Al menos 1 año en el área comercial. Imprescindible experiência en Televenta de servicios.
  • Valorable experiência en venta de leads en competidores.
