We are seeking a results-oriented, entrepreneurial and highly professional leader to drive mediasmart's business in Europe.

The core responsibility of this position is to build & sustain the mediasmart programmatic business within the region amongst leading Advertisers, Agencies, Agency Trading Desks (ATD) and other business partners.

We are looking for seasoned business leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to replicate & scale this platform's success within your region as it has seen in many other regions.


Summary of the Role:

This highly impactful position will be reporting to the CEO / CGO of the company and will manage a team of sales, customer success and marketing professionals, and coordinate many others.

The ideal candidate would be passionate about product and technology, with a proven record of developing markets in Europe for other companies in the AdTech industry and have a good network of senior contacts in the region.

In this position, you will represent mediasmart in Europe.

You will work directly with the leadership team of mediasmart to define the plan for the region, with an initial commercial focus to grow the business by prospecting new clients & partners while managing existing ones.

As the VP of Europe you will be ultimately responsible for the definition and execution of mediasmart's business growth strategy in the region and you will manage a team of sales, customer success and marketing professionals with the common goal of growing mediasmart's market share in Europe.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities shall include the following:

Understand the ecosystem and competitive landscape in the region - agencies, advertisers, data providers and other vendors and propose a strategy to develop mediasmart's business in Europe (currently more focussed in the UK and Spain).Build and establish the mediasmart brand in the countries you have chosen to focus on, working directly with the global marketing team.

Manage (and hire) a team of sales leaders to develop their maximum potential and drive sales to new customers. Set up the team's quarterly targets and ensure the pipeline is effectively managed.

Leverage external relationships and your personal network to identify potential clients that fit mediasmart's value proposition and generate sales in the region.

Manage existing customer partnerships and help grow customer service levels by driving process and productivity improvementsManage your region's P&L, reporting forecasts and results to the CEO on a regular basis.

Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders and partners at the most senior levels.

Work actively with the Client Services and Partnerships teams to help drive success for onboarded clientsRequirements:
