Responsibilities:
• Triage of centralised purchasing mailbox for accurate and prompt generation of POs.
• Raises purchase requisitions and amends existing purchase orders
• Proactively manage all aspects of administrative support for their customers holding confidences and trusted with information.
• Independently and pro-actively resolve issues and challenges relating to administrative requests
• Lead or participate in training and development initiatives for administrators or other relevant training
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Develop good relationships with customers and partners - checking status of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and provide regular updates to customers to ensure there are no delays in purchase orders being generated.
Essential requirements:
• Disability certificate 33%.
• Demonstrated abilities to take the initiative to respond to rapidly changing priorities
• Ability to work independently with only general guidance
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as demonstrated by the ability to work effectively with the team, with others at all levels of the organization and externally
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English, (high level),
