Your profile

  • Maintain, configure, and develop Zoho CRM.
  • Provide comprehensive training to users.
  • Manage and deploy CRM system releases.
  • Communicate system updates effectively.
  • Establish a CRM Center of Excellence.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional documents.
  • Plan and manage CRM projects.

Position requirements

Required: 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience with CRM technologies, preferably Zoho CRM. 
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.
Preferred: Technical education background
Native Spanish speaker with advanced proficiency in English
