YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our internal and external stakeholders.
Part of your day-to-day will involve allocating incoming enquiries via email and phone, supporting the sales team with timely and accurate quotes, assisting customers with processing enquiries, overseeing order statuses, as well as supporting the warehouse with general duties and support with contract administration.

ABOUT YOU
Having worked in a customer service role, you will already have strong communication and time management skills that have been developed within an office-based environment. Strong administrative capability and computer literacy, high attention to detail, and high-level multi-tasking are also on your check list.
The other essentials we are looking for are:
Prior experience in customer service Highly motivated with confident and pleasant phone manner Ability to grasp technical product range and terminologyThe following is advantageous but not essential:
