About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our international team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our Customer Happiness team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers in the booking process, cancellations, and rebookings
  • Communicate with partners to provide the best customer service possible and solve customer challenges
  • Be the voice of the customer and transfer customer requirements and potential issues to the product team to improve the Holidu product
  • Play an active part in finding ways to continuously improve our customer satisfaction score
Requirements
  • Near-native skills in German, good English, and any other language is a plus
  • Completed apprenticeship or studies in the field of Business, Tourism, or similar
  • Friendly team work-oriented personality and strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving skills
  • First experiences in customer service, the hotel industry, or as a sales representative are a plus
