Currently, SHEIN is looking to enrich its value proposition by incorporating top brands assortment to its offer. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help SHEIN build top brands and retailers’ partnerships. This role will be reporting directly to market lead. Responsibilities Define an ambitious hunting plan for the Spain market aligned with SHEIN strategic goals Monitor market trends and benchmark competitors to evolve hunting plan and recommend changes in positioning, services and pricing strategies Actively participate and organize networking events to enhance SHEIN visibility Effectively recruit key brands and retailers that could provide a relevant assortment Account Management: ensure structured BD-to-KAM handover, define joint 90–180 day account plan and targets (assortment, coverage, growth milestones);run KPI cadence and business reviews, optimize assortment/inventory/content and ensure operational compliance, while leading cross-functional coordination and escalations. Pricing & promotional execution: manage ongoing pricing alignment to stay competitive and profitable, and drive participation in platform campaigns with end-to-end tracking and post-campaign reviews. Qualifications Bachelor/master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering or marketing 5 years of business development experience at a leading e-commerce business, software company or services firm Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills Strong track record of engaging multiple, international, demanding stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of the Spain local marketplace landscape Proficiency in Office, particularly in Excel Fluency in Spainish and English. This gives extra points Consumer goods background, ideally in sports and beauty Complete technical, commercial and operations background Chinese knowledge would be a plus Hybrid:3 Days in office Office address 1:Madrid Office address 2:Barcelona Market:Spain focused. We could include Portugal as surrounding countries but this is not key target for us.
