As part of TheFork's international growth strategy, we are building a dedicated Sales team focused exclusively on selling our restaurant reservation and management system – TheFork Manager – in new and high-potential markets.
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale this brand-new team during the pilot phase and beyond.
This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role within a newly launched division, combining startup agility with the strength of a trusted global brand.
What you will do:
- Hire, lead and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives (Outbound and Inbound), based in Barcelona, selling to France and Belgium
- Inspire and maintain a high-performing, collaborative, and positive team culture in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
- Monitor team KPIs and daily performance, ensuring productivity targets are met.
- Coach the team on value-based selling of our TheFork Manager software, adapting to different market maturity levels and buyer mindsets.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Product teams to iterate the playbook and improve lead generation, conversion, and onboarding efficiency.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of your team members to ensure high ramp-up speed and sustained performance.
- Provide clear and regular reporting on performance, risks, and learnings to your manager and key stakeholders.
- Bring strategic insights from the field and contribute to the roadmap for future scaling of this international initiative.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience managing B2B sales teams, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality sectors.
- Native French and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A results-driven and motivational leader, passionate about coaching and scaling high-performing teams.
- Analytical and data-oriented, with strong operational discipline and the ability to work with metrics to drive performance.
- Experience managing team's pipeline via Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to iterate fast.
- Able to collaborate effectively across functions and contribute to cross-team alignment.
