LI-EB1We are recruiting a leader for our Italian B2C Sales Team, based in our modern offices in the heart of Barcelona Depending on experience, this role will be appointed at one of two levels:
- Team Leader – a player–coach role, spending approximately 50% of time selling and 50% leading and coaching others.
- Sales Manager – a pure people-management role, focused on developing the team, driving performance, and shaping sales strategy.
One appointment will be made, with responsibilities and seniority aligned to the successful candidate's profile.
Working closely with Marketing and the EU B2C Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving growth in this strategically important market.
This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional Sales Manager who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you'll bring to the role
You are commercially driven and motivated by developing others. You enjoy using data to improve performance and creating a positive, results-focused sales environment.
You'll also bring:
- Strong communication skills in both Italian and English (additional languages a plus)
- Proven experience in B2C or direct sales
Either:
- Experience leading or coaching others (Team Leader level),
Or
- Experience managing a sales team (Sales Manager level)
- Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and analysing sales performance data
- A coaching mindset combined with a strong results focus
