Nous lançons une nouvelle équipe Sales à Barcelone pour répondre à la très forte croissance de LegalPlace en France .
Les sujets sur lesquels nous accompagnons nos clients couvrent tout le cycle de vie de l'entrepreneur (nous proposons une plateforme tout en un)
- Création et gestion de société
- Domiciliation
- Comptabilité
- Comptes professionnels
- Changement de statuts
- Dissolutions
- Traiter un maximum de leads entrants (20k leads générés/mois)
- Générer des opportunités pour les profils seniors
- Maximiser le volume de ventes
- Développer l'upsell (proposer des services additionnels pertinents)
- Co-construire ensemble : participer activement à la mise en place de l'équipe, des méthodes et des process
Tu feras partie des premier(e)s pilotes de cette nouvelle aventure à Barcelone.
Concrètement, tu seras en charge de :
- Manager et structurer une équipe SDR et/ou Account Executives francophones (recrutement, formation, management)
- Définir les process de vente, les KPIs et mettre en place une culture sales performante (CRM, scripts, conversion…)
- Suivre l'activité commerciale : appels entrants, prospection, closing, upsell
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Marketing, Produit et Ops basées à Paris
- Gérer l'onboarding client et le positionnement des offres (création d'entreprise, assurance, compte pro, compta, domi…)
- Identifier les leviers de croissance et déployer les bons outils pour scaler rapidement
- Tu as 2 à 4 ans minimum d'expérience en développement commercial (B2C ou petites entreprises)
- Tu as déjà managé ou recruté des profils sales (SDR, AE, téléconseillers…)
- Tu es bien implanté(e) à Barcelone ou connais le marché local
- Tu maîtrises les outils CRM, et la vente directe ne te fait pas peur
- Un rôle clé dans un projet à fort esprit entrepreneurial
- La responsabilité complète d'un pôle stratégique
- Un bureau à Barcelone, ville ensoleillée, dynamique et à taille humaine
- De belles perspectives d'évolution vers un poste de Head of Sales international
CDI démarrage dès que possible
Horaires en 39h/semaine du lundi au vendredi
Rémunération : Un package attractif avec une part variable motivante (package fixe + variable jusqu'à 60k€/an)
