Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts and nurture strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, setting sales targets, and managing a team to achieve goals. Key tasks include
monitoring sales performance, providing training and guidance to the sales team, leading the sales strategy and campaigns,
conducting market research, and building systems to maintain client relationships. The role also involves working collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless alignment with company values and objectives.
Qualifications
- People skills and business sense
- Strong sales and business development skills, including setting targets, driving revenue, and identifying new opportunities
- Proficiency in team leadership, team management, and providing strategic guidance
- Excellent communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in market research and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism Management, or related field
