Functiebeschrijving

Kom bij ons werken als Fulltime Helpdesk Specialist (Nederlands).
Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het bieden van technische ondersteuning, probleemoplossing en helpdesk-ondersteuning voor multifunctionele printers.

Kwalificaties

Vaardigheden in technische ondersteuning, helpdesk-ondersteuning en probleemoplossing
Kennis van informatietechnologie en operationele systemen
Klantenservicevaardigheden
Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands
Vermogen om effectief in een team te werken
Sterke probleemoplossende en analytische vaardigheden
Wat wij bieden

Vast contract

Fulltime functie: 39 uur per week, 100% thuiswerk, inclusief twee weken betaalde online training
Van maandag tot vrijdag van 8:30 uur tot 17:30 uur
Salaris: 19,000.000€ per jaar
Centraal gelegen kantoren (dichtbij het Hospital Clinic)

Role Description

Join us as a full-time Helpdesk Specialist (Dutch)

You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support for multifunctional printers.

Qualifications

Technical support, help desk support, and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of information technology and operational systems
Customer support skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
Ability to work effectively in a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
What We Offer

Permanent contract
Full-time job: 39 hours per week 100% remote work, included two weeks online paid training.
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Salary: €19.000 annually per gross + bonus.
