Rejoignez-nous en tant que Spécialiste Helpdesk, à temps plein.
Vous serez responsable de fournir un support technique, de résoudre les incidents et d'assurer l'assistance helpdesk pour des imprimantes multifonctions.
Profil recherché
Expérience en support technique, helpdesk et résolution d'incidents
Connaissances en technologies de l'information et systèmes d'exploitation
Excellentes compétences en service client
Maîtrise écrite et orale du français
Ce que nous offrons
Contrat à durée indéterminée
Temps plein : 39 heures par semaine, deux semaines de formation incluse
Horaires : du lundi au vendredi, de 8h30 à 17h30
Salaire annuel : 18.978,62 € brut (+ primes de productivité et de qualité)
Bureaux centraux (près de l'Hospital Clínic)

Serás responsable de proporcionar soporte técnico, resolución de incidencias y asistencia de helpdesk para impresoras multifuncionales.
Requisitos
· Experiencia en soporte técnico, helpdesk y resolución de incidencias
· Conocimientos de tecnologías de la información y sistemas operativos
· Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente
· Dominio escrito y oral del francés.
Qué ofrecemos
· Contrato indefinido
· Jornada completa: 39 horas semanales, dos semanas de formación.
· Horario de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 17:30
· Salario anual: 18.978,62 € brutos (+ bonus por productividad y calidad)
