With offices in Barcelona and Madrid, we are currently looking for an IT & Office Infrastructure Specialist who wants to join our team. You will join us to ensure the smooth operation and security of Novicap's internal IT systems and office infrastructure. This role is crucial for our fast-paced growth and will directly support all employees in their daily work.

Your mission
As mentioned, you will ensure the smooth operation and security of Novicap's internal IT systems and office infrastructure. Based in Barcelona, it's a full time job to help our employees (around 75) distributed in 2 offices (1 in Barcelona and 1 in Madrid) and few of them working fully remote. We expect you to travel to Madrid at least twice per year.
In order to achieve your mission, you will:
Efficiently manage and provision employee accounts and credentials across all necessary platforms.
Ensure reliable and secure office networking, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity.
Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of employee devices (laptops, monitors, peripherals) and office hardware (printers, centralita).
Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, including managing JumpCloud and certificates, to protect company data and systems.
Provide timely and effective general helpdesk support for all IT-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to employee productivity.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT systems, configurations, and processes.
Collaborate with our IT service providers/vendors.
In doing so, you will contribute to the achievement of Novicap's long-term growth plans

Who will you work with?
You will report directly to the Engineering Manager and work closely with the rest of the teams across Barcelona, Madrid and the rest of Spain. We are a young and dynamic team that's waiting for you with arms open
You are who we are looking for if you:
Have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role
Have experience with
Cloud identity management (e.g., JumpCloud)
Device management (e.g., MDM)
Helpdesk support ticketing systems (Jira)
Scripting and automation
Cybersecurity best practices
Network administration
Have knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS)
Have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Are able to communicate effectively both in English and in Spanish
