All Funeral Services is a technology company transforming the funeral and memorial industry.

Our B2B SaaS platform helps cemeteries digitize operations, manage plots and services, sell online, and connect with families through integrated tools.

After successful commercialization in Israel and the U.S. pilot, we're scaling across the U.S., Canada, and the UK.

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of B2B Growth who will take full ownership of the B2B direction — combining marketing, sales, and business development.

Your mission: build a predictable lead engine, shorten the sales cycle, and convert relationships with cemeteries and municipalities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the B2B SaaS platform.

  • Build a repeatable sales funnel (from ICP definition to closing deals).

  • Design and run marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email outreach, associations, PR).

  • Manage or recruit remote presales, SDR, and account teams.

  • Lead demos and negotiations with cemetery managers and municipal operators.

  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams on positioning and messaging.

  • Measure and optimize key metrics: CAC, LTV, funnel conversions, and ROI.

Ideal Background

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales/business development/growth.

  • Proven success in building scalable B2B pipelines from zero.

  • Experience in GovTech, PropTech, ERP, or Facility Management software — big plus.

  • Confident communication skills and ability to lead strategic negotiations.

  • Located in or able to work within the USA time zones (EST–PST).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical approach, and strong execution focus.
