THE ROLE:

Legends Global is the premier end‑to‑end partner for live‑event venues across sport, music, and entertainment.

As
Head of Marketing
for the Iberian market you will own the strategic direction, go‑to‑market planning, and demand‑generation engine that fuels our sales pipeline and drives client acquisition for music and sport venues. You will work hand‑in‑hand with the Sales leadership team, external agency partners, and internal business‑development colleagues to translate market insights into compelling, data‑driven marketing programmes that attract and retain high‑value venue operators and event promoters.

In addition to the B2B focus, you will also support our
B2C operations
, including Food & Beverage delivery services. You will collaborate with internal product, operations, and creative teams to develop collateral and run campaigns that promote these consumer‑facing offers, ensuring a seamless brand experience across both business lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement the Iberia marketing strategy, aligning brand positioning, lead generation, and revenue goals with corporate priorities.
  • Partner with Sales to design a robust pipeline strategy — identify key venue segments, craft value propositions, and launch integrated inbound/outbound programs.
  • Select and manage creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Lead market research to uncover operator needs, fan behavior, and competitive trends, translating insights into actionable go-to-market tactics.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, OOH, events, sponsorships, PR) that elevate Legends' profile and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage teams to create consumer campaigns and sales collateral that promote Legends' delivery services.
  • Build KPI dashboards, analyse marketing performance, and optimize ROI through data-driven insights.
  • Represent Legends at key industry events across Spain and Portugal, positioning the company as the partner of choice for venue development.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing regional marketing team.

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Proven ability to design and execute regional marketing strategies that drive growth and generate qualified pipeline.
  • Strong background in brand development, demand generation, and go-to-market planning within live events, sports, entertainment, or venue-related sectors.
  • Skilled in managing creative, media, and PR agencies — from briefing through performance evaluation — ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Experienced in partnering with Sales to develop lead generation programs, optimize funnel performance, and accelerate conversions.
  • Proficient in transforming market and audience research into actionable insights and marketing plans.
  • Confident leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, OOH, events, sponsorships, and earned media.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce/Dynamics.
  • Exceptional communicator in Spanish and English, with the ability to simplify complex strategies for diverse audiences; Portuguese a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Iberian venue ecosystem and passion for innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.
