Role Description
The Head of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Madrid. In this position, you will lead and manage the sales team to achieve business revenue goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing account management, analyzing market trends, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. You will also train and mentor team members to support their growth and ensure team success.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue and meet business objectives.
- Proficient in Team Management with proven experience in leading and mentoring sales teams.
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, performance metrics, and business opportunities effectively.
- Expertise in Account Management to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new markets and expand business reach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
