Your mission
High-Value Sales & Market Acquisition: Approx. 90% Sales / 10% Management
Core Focus: Acquisition of (leading) car dealer groups in Spain. Average of 3 meetings per week , aiming for mid five-figure Annual Recurring Revenues (ARRs).
Develop the go-to-market strategy: driving customer acquisition, managing the entire sales process, building a strong partner network.
Face to Market & Strategic Relationship Building
Representation: Responsible for maintaining and building up the customer base in Spain and acting as the company's representative at relevant events.
Network Building: Establish a strong personal network within the car industry.
Act as an interface to the international OEM & Partnership Team, and collaborate closely with Marketing, CSM and other internal departments.
Strategic Leadership
Strategy & Growth: Development and implementation of a strategic business plan to achieve the company's sales goals in Spain to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Building, coaching and managing the local sales Team (2 Sales Manager) in Spain.
Market Analysis & Performance Reporting
Continuous monitoring and analysis of local market trends and competitors in the Spanish Automotive and FinTech scene.
Regular and structured reporting on country performance, sales activities, market insights and strategic recommendations.
Your profile
You have a degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship or comparable
You see your strengths in the area of Business Development, Sales and Networking
You bring at least 10 years of Sales experience and ideally have already built and scaled digital B2B business models or successfully acquired customers in the SaaS sector. A strong network in the automotive industry is a plus.
Ideally, you have already successfully built and scaled digital B2B Business Models and acquired customers in the SaaS sector and/or bring a proven track record in Sales
You are flexible, able to adapt quickly and have a high degree of independence
You are business fluent in Spanish and English and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
You are willing to travel frequently for business across Spain and you hold a valid driver's license
