Head of Sales – SaaS Platform (B2B Enterprise)
Madrid / Híbrido | Full-time
65.000 euros brutos anuales:
- 50K fijo.
- Resto en bonus por objetivos.

Empresa tecnológica B2B en fase de crecimiento, con una plataforma SaaS propia orientada a grandes compañías. El producto resuelve retos de negocio complejos mediante tecnología escalable, datos y automatización, con clientes enterprise y un roadmap sólido de producto.
Buscamos un/a Head of Sales con experiencia real en venta de plataformas SaaS, capaz de liderar el crecimiento comercial y construir un motor de ventas sólido y repetible.
Tu misión:
Serás responsable de liderar la estrategia comercial end-to-end y acelerar la venta de la plataforma a clientes enterprise, trabajando estrechamente con producto y dirección.
Responsabilidades clave:
• Liderar la venta consultiva de una plataforma SaaS B2B a empresas medianas y grandes.
• Gestionar ciclos de venta largos (3–6 meses) con interlocutores C-Level.
• Construir y ejecutar la estrategia Go-To-Market.
• Generar pipeline propio (perfil hunter), sin dependencia exclusiva de inbound.
• Definir y optimizar procesos comerciales, playbooks y forecast.
• Gestionar CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce o similar) y métricas clave (ARR, pipeline, conversión).
• Colaborar con producto para trasladar feedback de mercado y cerrar deals complejos.
• A medio plazo, construir y liderar equipo comercial.
Requisitos imprescindibles:
• +7 años de experiencia en ventas B2B de plataformas SaaS (no servicios, no agencias).
• Experiencia demostrable en venta enterprise y consultiva.
• Haber trabajado con métricas SaaS: ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC.
• Perfil hunter, acostumbrado/a a generar oportunidades desde cero.
• Experiencia negociando con C-Level (CEO, CMO, CDO, CIO, CXO).
• Capacidad para estructurar procesos comerciales escalables.
• Inglés profesional.
Muy valorable:
• Haber sido Sales Director, Head of Sales o CSO en SaaS en crecimiento.
• Experiencia en apertura de nuevos mercados o expansión internacional.
• Background en tecnología, plataformas B2B, data, automation o cloud.
• Experiencia construyendo equipos comerciales.
Lo que NO buscamos:
• Perfiles centrados en venta de servicios, marketing, agencias o publicidad.
• Roles puramente account o farming sin experiencia hunter.
• Venta transaccional de corto plazo sin componente consultivo.
