Ahora buscamos a una persona proactiva, creativa y con hambre de retos, que quiera unirse al equipo de Sales y llevar Ciudadela al siguiente nivel.

Lo que harás:

  • Diseñar y estructurar la estrategia comercial en plena fase de crecimiento.
  • Gestionar el ciclo de ventas completo: abrir oportunidades, llamar, hacer demos, negociar y cerrar.
  • Trabajar con nuestros 2 SDRs para mejorar el proceso end-to-end.
  • Colaborar con producto y tecnología para automatizar procesos comerciales con agentes de IA.
  • Aportar visión, estructura y métricas para escalar el área comercial.
