localizada en nuestras oficinas de Valencia.
Funciones Que Aprenderás
- Atención al cliente y cómo se construyen relaciones duraderas entendiendo su negocio y sus necesidades.
- La operativa de embarques marítimos importación / exportación – contenedores de cargas generales y especiales (IMO, Reefer).
- La planificación y emisión de bookings a las navieras, así como la coordinación de transportes buscando la solución óptima para el cliente según características del producto y la emisión y envíos de pre –alertas y avisos de llegada.
- El seguimiento de los embarques para actuar y comunicar proactivamente a los clientes sobre cualquier incidencia o cambio en sus bookings.
- La supervisión y cooperación en los trámites aduaneros de cada embarque.
- La identificación de necesidades y gestiones que puedan ser requeridas para cumplir con las expectativas de los clientes.

Requisitos mínimos
- Estudiante de CFGS, FP o Grado en Comercio Internacional, Transporte y Logística o similares.
- Inglés nivel mínimo B2 avanzado.
- Vocación por el sector del comercio internacional.
- Persona organizada, proactiva y resolutiva.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Muchas ganas de aprender.
