**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As an **Insurance Distribution Responsible, **you will ensure the business development of the insurance business and the consecution of the agreed business plans in the JVs in Austria, Belgium, NL, Poland, Portugal and UK, in cooperation with the PSA Insurance Hub in Malta, as well as working on common themes of the Distribution Function of PSA following the guidance of the PSA-DMF.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Optimization of distribution models and sales processes.
- Optimization of dealer animation and monitoring, as well as optimization of the monitoring of the performance of the internal sales organization (e.g. Zone Manager monitoring).
- Agreeing relevant objectives and goals for the key functions in the local units, aligned with the agreed Business Plans.
- Identification and promotion of best practices in the market as well as internally.
- Cooperation with the Responsible for Products to optimize the insurance product range.
- Cooperation with the Responsible for Direct Sales to develop the business via distant sales channels.

**Requisitos**:**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
EXPERIENCE
- +5 years of experience in the car financing business with a focus on distribution, including relevant experience in the insurance distribution.

EDUCATION
- University degree (Economics, Engineering,)

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of insurance business in the scope of Car Financing, with a focus on distribution through PoS and other sales channels, including experience in sales techniques and commercial scripts, optimization of sales processes, commercial steering of dealers and internal sales forces,.
- Knowledge on the legal and regulatory basis for the Insurance business in scope.
- Establishing business plans and monitoring of business performance and business results.
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
