**T&O/SCF HQ **is looking for a **Information Protection & security training-awareness (SUX) Responsible in Cybersecurity Area **, based in our **Madrid **office.**

**Santander Consumer Finance **focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a Information Protection and security training and awareness (Secure UX) Responsible SCF HQ, you will lead the Identity and Access Management, Data Loss Prevention and SUX (Training and Awareness) initiatives and services both in SCF Global (oversight and support of SCF subsidiaries worldwide), and in central entities directly managed by the SCF global cybersecurity team (Western Hub, HQ and Global Services).

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Support to internal and external auditors in IAM audits, including coordination and follow-up of SOX IAM control and deficiencies
- Deployment and oversight of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls, including escalation and decision on alerts and potential data leaks
- Coordination of DLP services and lead of DLP forums
- Coordination of all Secure UX (SUX) initiatives, including awareness actions, phishing simulation exercises, security training initiatives, etc either for internal employess and customers.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, teams and project management.

EDUCATION
- STEM related career, Cyber certifications

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Cybersecurity
- Specific knowledge of Information and Access Management and Data Loss Prevention, including deployment of products and management of IAM and DLP programs.
- Experience planning and executing cybersecurity Training and Awareness plans, including definition of actions, gathering and analyzing results and decision about necessary corrective initiatives.
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Team management
- Projects management

OTHER INFORMATION
- Travel, mainly to European countries, if needed (normally not frequent).
