**AQUANIMA is looking for a **Data Privacy Analyst **, based in our Boadilla office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Vendor Risk Analyst - Data Privacy UK **, you will be a member of our European Vendor Risk Assessment Center (VRAC) team, based at Santander's headquarters in Madrid. She/he will be responsible for assessing vendors regarding compliance with UK data privacy regulations.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Carrying out privacy risk assessments for Santander suppliers
- Definition and monitoring of action plans to mitigate the inherent risk

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of data protection work experience, desirable with UK companies

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Technology or a related field (CIPP certificate or equivalent preferred).

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Experience with local (UK and Spanish) and European data protection laws (in-depth knowledge of GDPR).
- Experience in regulatory and compliance matters.
- Good risk-based judgment skills, including the ability to assess compliance risks appropriately.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

OTHER INFORMATION
- The person will be based in Madrid dedicated to our UK customers
