**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As an Operation Analyst, you will be member of the AQUANIMA team based in Madrid.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Supporting one or more upper management personnel for all administrative needs.
- Creating and developing visual presentations for senior executives and clients; organizing and prioritizing a large volume of incoming tasks.
- Maintaining confidential and non-routine information and acting as project manager for special projects pertaining to executive staff.
- Developing reports and composing, critiquing and editing correspondence, as well as interfacing effectively with all levels of personnel.
**EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 1-2 years of working in project management.
**EDUCATION**
- Bachelor´s degree in IT or finance field with project management experience.
**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English.
