**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Delivery Operations Analyst, **you will be in the Global Operations team that ensures the end-to-end operational activities to complete the investment cycle until the NAV is published: from the Middle Office team to the Back Office Team. The Team has gone through a transformation in the last 2 years in where our aim is to share best practices, synergies and knowledge across all SAM units, so that the information and ways of working are homogeneous and consistent. We are looking for a Control Analyst in the Back Office team to create a global and homogeneous layer of control in the Back Office processes that will allow to strengthen the 1st line of defense and identify possible historical gaps.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Creation and maintance of an escalable process to be extended to all SAM units to identify any possible errors in the Back Office processes calculations, ensuring a consistent set of control to our processes.
- Monitorization and troubleshooting of incidents related to input and output information.
- Automatization of manual processes to aim for a processes efficency in both the Middle and Back Office teams.
- Participate in projects and enhancements of the current processes with the objective to reduce manual dependencies.

EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.

EDUCATION
- Degree in Economics, Physics, Maths or Engineering.
- Master in Capital Markets is desired.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Good knowledge of Tableau, Phyton or programming.
- Needs to prove that he/she has performed automatization of dashboards.
- Good knowledge of capital markets and financial products.
- Knowledge of Operations processes, analytical, financial and strong communication skills.
- Strong ability to work in a Global collaborative environment and to present results to both expert and non-expert audiences.
- Confidence to lead small projects and collaborate with supervisors in larger projects.
- High level of English
