Participating in the search and recruitment of talent proactively.
Elaboration of job descriptions with the support of business stakeholders Acquisition lead
Job posting and sourcing through social media and LinkedIn
CV screening with alignment of the requirements
Phone, video and physical interview responsibility with technical, soft skills and cultural fit analysis
6moths -1 year of experience
Hands On
Competencies of working autonomously out of your comfort zone
