Hello, Marketing and Sales Assistants
This role is a full-time position.
**Salary**: $2,000 - $4,000 / month.
**Working hours**: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm UK time (flexible).

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrates excellent English communication skills.
- Possesses a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Marketing and Sales Assistant or in a similar role.
- Holds at least 1 year of experience in sales (ex. setter, closer, outreach, upselling, etc)
- Holds at least 1 year of experience working in the recruitment industry (preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of social media channels such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Has experience in social media management.
- Knowledgeable in using CRMs (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Huspot, and Smartlead).
- Has experience with pipeline management or SDR (preferred).

**Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Managing client campaign inboxes (3-4 inboxes)
- Managing client & internal CRM systems
- Help build out marketing ecosystems for clients:

- Setting up and launching campaigns.
- Brainstorming campaign ideas
- Managing a social media posting schedule for internal social media channels
- Ideation of content for the blog, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Finding and scraping leads for client campaigns based on our process and our client’s target avatar.
